House is a continuously developing service and will reach its maximum

To help us do this, we have a team of exceptional support and
facilities staff.
There is now an opportunity to be a part of this inspiring team;
Houben House is recruiting for a permanent Maintenance Person.
The role of Maintenance Person is fundamental to providing a safe and
comfortable environment for staff and residents of Houben House. You
will be a conscientious and proactive professional with experience of
delivering both planned and ad hoc maintenance in a similar service
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:
* Experience of basic DIY works to facilitate the upkeep of the
building
* Awareness of Health and Safety Regulations
* Good relevant experience in general maintenance
